These patties aren’t just tasty—they’re packed with hidden veggies for an extra boost of nutrition in every bite. Whether you’re grilling, pan-frying, or meal-prepping for the week, these juicy, tender patties are a feel-good, family-friendly favorite.
Ingredients: Grass fed beef, broccoli, carrots, onions,, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs and seasoning.
Instruction: Do not thaw. For panfry, fry over medium heat, once both sides are brown, they’re done.
For baking, preheat oven to 200 C and bake the frozen patties for 25-30 minutes.
