Refund policy

We offer exchange of goods for customers who encounter issues concerning the products bought from the website. Products for exchange of goods will be evaluated and verified by the Store Branches.

Products that are subject to exchange have to be brought or sent back to the physical stores in Molito, Alabang and Bonifacio Global City. Exchange of goods must adhere to the following conditions:

  1. Returned goods due to expiry, damaged or broken primary containers;
  2. Returned goods due to leaky or broken seals of closures of primary containers;
  3. Mutilated or smudged labelling rendering the product unidentifiable of its name, or batch number;
  4. Goods must be accompanied with the corresponding receipts;
  5. Melted products are final sale unless proven damaged e.g. chocolates;
  6. Returned goods for exchange is allowed within 7 days from date of purchase.
