What is the return and exchange policy?
At Real Food, we believe in making sure our customers are more than satisfied withh their purchase. If there is anything you feel is not right with your purchase, we will gladly replace it for you.

Any product that may not taste right or have a problem of any sort (e.g. defects, something foreign) can be brought to the store for exchange or refund.

How will I get my refund?
For online orders, refund will be credited to your account for unfulfilled items.
If the order is paid via credit card, refund will be credited back to your account on the same day but may vary depending on the policy of your card provider.
if the order is paid via QR PH, refund processing shall be done manually and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Same day delivertyis pplicable in Metro Manila areas only and for orders placed before 5:00PM. Please note that SDD is still subject to stocks availability.
Provincial Delivery
We ship nationwide via 2GO Express. Delivery lead time varies depending on location - if categorized under Serviceable Area (SA) or Out of Town Delivery (OTD) Area.

We ship nationwide via 2GO Express. Delivery lead time for serviceable areas are as follows:
LUZON - 2 days
VISAYAS - 6 to 10 days
MINDANAO - 7 to 9 days

How much does shipping cost?
Our standard delivery fee for Metro Manila area is Php 150.
Delivery fee for provincial areas via 2GO express starts at Php 170. It is calculated separately once your order has been confimed by our staff. We charge you the actual rate based on your location and order weight, without extra charges.
