Bucky's — Half Carrot Cake

Carrot cake done ala Bucky! The Buckys come in a slab form in a box. Each box comes with a handmade knife made by a small community in Leyte. Slice to your heart's desire!

Ingredients: Eggs, butter, salt, sugar, flour, cinnamon, carrots, ginger, cream cheese, shortening

Store at room temperature for 5 days. After 5 days, transfer into an airtight container and refrigerate.

Size: half box, 6cm x 18cm
