Saint C Cocomansi, an internationally patented blend of Coconut Aminos and Calamansi (Philippine Lime) delivers the perfect balance of savory, tangy, and sweet in one all-natural, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly sauce. Made from the nectar of the coconut blossom, Coconut Aminos provides a deep umami flavor similar to soy sauce—but with less sodium, no gluten, and a naturally sweet edge.
