Serving Size: 140g (1/2 cup)

Cooking Instructions: Use 2 cups of water for every cup of rice. The standard ratio of water to brown rice is 2:1. However if one desires a much softer consistency, just increase the amount of water or soak the rice in water for 15 to 25 minutes prior to cooking. For a firmer consistency, decrease amount of water.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Keep away from light and heat.
