Pedro Farm’s Microgreens Arugula are even more potent than the seeds. These baby plants are intensely arugula-y with spicy aroma and flavor. They also contain almost eight times the calcium, five times the vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin K, and four times the iron as the iceberg lettuce.

Toss some arugula microgreens with fresh tomatoes, crunchy salt, and some fruity olive oil for a simple side dish or delightful appetizer. And yes, they’re so good on pizzas too!
