Sourced from Japanese-bloodline cattle raised in Bukidnon, Philippines, Kitayama Wagyu is grass-fed for 2 years, then finished on natural grain and pineapple pulp. No hormones. No enhancers.

Cooking Instructions:

1.Heat oil in sauté pan. Cook sliced onions until translucent. Set aside.

2.In the same pan, add bistek tagalog and cook until meat is half done. Add the rest of the marinade and simmer for a few seconds.

3. add half cup of water or beef stock and simmer until beef is cooked and sauce has reduced, about 1-2 minutes.

4. serve with sliced cooked onions on top.
