Ingredients: Beef, onion, mixed spices, and salt.

Cooking Directions: For grilling (flat metal skewers), mold and flatten meat around the skewer with wet hands to make each kebab about 8 inches long. Once the meat is spread evenly, gently press within the thumb and index finger to form ridges. If using thin wooden skewers, shape the meat into sausage shapes around the skewers. Place the skewers on the grill and cook until browned on each side and cooked through approximately 3-4 minutes per side. You may also use your hands in shaping the meat into small patties, pan fry or air fry.

Storage: Keep frozen. Once opened, promptly refrigerate at 5°C and consume within 3 days.
