Cooking Instructions:
1. Boil BIOHogs Garlic Longganisa using a non-stick pan over medium heat with water covering half level of the meat.
2. After the water evaporates, price the garlic longganisa and let the natural oil come out.
3. Fry and turn occasionally for 10-12 minutes until golden brown or toasted according to your preference.
Storage: Keep frozen. Best for 6 months from date of production.
